just to the right of centre.

Lower House is located under the Upper House. It is at the lower, garden level
and has accommodation all on one floor.

   The accommodation in outline:

Entrance porch, lounge/dining/kitchen area, double bedroom, single bedroom, further single bedroom, cloakroom and bathroom.

We are very sorry - Lower House cannot accommodate pets.

Lower House Kitchen

The accommodation in more detail:

Entrance into porch (with freezer) reached by flight of steps from the car parking area. These steps also lead to the shared garden.
Open plan lounge/dining /kitchen.

Kitchen area has electric cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

Lower House lounge area

Lounge area has coal-burning stove, flat screen T.V, DVD player and music centre. Panoramic view south.

Cloakroom with toilet and hand basin (and washing machine/tumble drier).

Bathroom with bath (shower over), toilet and hand basin.

Double bedroom with far-reaching view south and french door to terrace. Single bedroom - with the same extensive view. Further single bedroom.

Garden shared with the Upper House. Spacious slate terrace with BBQ and garden furniture for Lower House guests.
