came to Croft House in 1997 and have been providing self catering holidays
here since then - and before that in Ambleside. Over the years we have
had many guests who return to enjoy our special views and peaceful setting
- with easy access to many areas of the Lake District.
We hope that our self catering properties will be of interest to you and that we will be able to welcome you to Applethwaite during 2012.

Summer Short Breaks 2012
We
offer short breaks from now up to early November but only at short notice
- about 2 to 3 weeks beforehand -
Special offer - May 19/21 (2 nights) at Croft Corner £135.
Other offers during May : 3 night short breaks at:
Upper House for £384 between Monday May 28th and Saturday June 2nd.
Lower House £279
between Monday May 21st and Saturday May 26th.
Winter
Short Breaks 2012
Short breaks from early November onwards can be booked in advance and the rental rates for these are based on a percentage of the winter weekly rental rates.
2 or 3 nights = 70% of the weekly rate
4 nights = 80% of the weekly rate

Wireless broadband is available at all four properties and is included in the rental rates.
